Material preparation is the most difficult and time consuming part of shoe making. Before a single stitch can be made all the parts have to be ready. Shoe components come from many other factories, Mesh from the waver and dyeing house, leather from the tannery etc.
Once inside the factory each component must be checked for quality, color and quantity. After the material is approved each part is cut, logos printed or embroidered. Only after every part is ready, even a simple shoe may have 50 parts, can stitching begin.
