Adio Footwear (pronounced "ay dee o") is an American company that manufactures men's and women's skateboard footwear as well as apparel. It was founded in 1997 by retired professional skateboarder and Planet Earth Skateboards owners Chris Miller and Felix Arguelles, which are both subsidiaries of Jarden Corporation.  Adio is curretly owned by K2.

In late 2006, Adio launched Adio Limited Projects, a limited edition line available at select skateshops.
Footwear models include skateboard specific shoes, in addition to more designer-clothing oriented sneakers, as well as sandals.
Previous team riders include Jamie Thomas, Cairo Foster , Steve Berra, Kris Markovich, Alex Chalmers, Brian Sumner, Bam Margera, Tony Hawk, Matt Schreffler, Greg fisher

Adio shoes can be bought in various places. The stores that mainly sell these skateboarding shoes are Zumiez, PacSun, Journeys, Mainland, and Tillys. They can also be bought at your local skate shop.
